Regardless of sector, size, structure or maturity, to be successful, organisations need to establish an appropriate management system that will assist in creating the necessary changes in work environments, develop new competencies and enhance the individual performance of all employees. The Evolutionary Management tool-kit provides for a collaborative approach to cultivating growth and generating potential and includes gaining unconscious competence and capability in each of the Creative Advantage Programme skill sets.
Coaching and Mentoring are tools facilitated by Evolutionary Management techniques and involve establishing an environment to encourage choice and change, stimulate individual focus, clarity and balance, avoid stagnation and promote a healthy, learning organisational culture. Evolutionary Management thereby introduces Levels of Change that create Organisational Health through Learning, Creative Thinking Styles that empower positive approach and deployment and Creative Reframing that empowers choice and change.
Once established, an organisation with mutual trust at its core can be both creative and efficient. Alignment of shared beliefs and values is vital for the development of the learning organisation.
This final Seminar in the series reinforces the whole training within the Creative Advantage Programme. This Seminar can be attended as part of a two Seminar training programme or as part of a complete Creative Advantage programme of six Seminars. We recommend that a gap of at least 5 working days is taken between each of the Seminars to allow for full integration of the knowledge, application and impact of each subject area.
